Miss Daisy and Big John came to us from Lake County Animal Services in November of 2015. She was extremely thin and had dental problems. Like her soulmate Big John, she was an off the track Thoroughbred but her tattoo was too faded to read. By her teeth, we estimated she was in her thirties. Daisy lived out her final years with us and her John and no amount of arthritis or age ever stopped her pervasively youthful spirit.
We know that she gallops free of pain in the meadows of heaven and will be there to welcome all those who loved her when it's their time.
